Bitget Unveils Its Own Crypto Card
With the growing demand for crypto-based payments in the region, the Bitget card emerges as an appropriate response. The company’s mission, facilitated by this launch, is to amplify cryptocurrency adoption. Marketed as the ‘ultimate crypto payment solution,’ the card is globally accepted in 180 countries.
The card enables transactions directly from the user’s cryptocurrency wallet with no activation fees. Cardholders also benefit from perks such as exclusive access to select hotels, flight passes, and a special rewards program.
The Future Blockchain Summit in Dubai
Considered the flagship event of the industry in the MENA region, this year’s Future Blockchain Summit has focused on empowering creators in the web3, metaverse, and gaming ecosystems. Serving as a convergence point for transformative concepts, participants can immerse themselves in academic masterclasses and the Web3 Gaming Showdown.
During the summit, Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, unveiled her insights on ‘The Top Crypto Opportunities in Q4 2023 and Beyond’ to the audience. Addressing pressing industry concerns, Chen shed light on crucial topics such as potential crypto regulatory changes, US Bitcoin spot ETFs, and major market trends driven by significant technological events.
Highlighting the potential collaboration between Web3 and AI, Chen reiterated Bitget’s ethos of ‘Trade Smarter.’ The company envisions a revamp of cryptocurrency trading supported by a range of new AI tools.
Chen also emphasized the importance of Telegram bots within the crypto ecosystem, hinting at future synergies given Telegram’s massive user base of nearly 800 million monthly active users.
Despite the current challenges in the cryptocurrency market, Bitget unveiled its ambitious $100 million EmpowerX fund in September, aimed at fostering the growth of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
