OKX, a leading Web3 technology company, has partnered with Manchester City women’s player, Alex Greenwood, to launch an exhibition in the OKX Collective metaverse that features three unique NFT trainers designed by Greenwood and NFT designer, Nas. The trainers focus on three key traits crucial for success both on the football pitch and in life – adaptability, calmness and patience, and commitment and passion. The NFTs are accessible for free via airdrop and the ‘AG5 x OKX’ NFT collection on the OKX NFT Marketplace.
Greenwood expressed her excitement for the launch, stating that the trainers showcase how she approaches challenges on the pitch. Visitors to the OKX Collective metaverse can view behind-the-scenes content on Alex and Nas’s creative process and participate in competitions to win exclusive prizes, including passes to training sessions, match tickets, and more.
Haider Rafique, Global Chief Marketing Officer at OKX, sees this exhibition as a testament to the potential of the metaverse to create new experiences and opportunities for fans to engage with their favorite athletes and public figures. The OKX Collective metaverse provides a truly interactive experience, where fans can meet and engage with their favorite sports stars in ways they have not experienced before.
The OKX Collective metaverse also features events such as metaverse experiences with Manchester City Captain İlkay Gündoğan and defender Rúben Dias, and a DJ set performed by Jack Grealish and Oliver Heldens. To enter the OKX Collective metaverse, simply click this link.
