The Results of HackaTRON Season Four Competition are In!
The TRON DAO team recently announced the results of the HackaTRON Season Four competition, which saw 625 participants from 172 projects compete across six tracks. The team awarded 500,000 USDD in prize money to the top projects, with the final milestone payment being held until the successful deployment of a decentralized application on either the TRON or BitTorrent Chain MainNets by June 1, 2023.
The competition included tracks for DeFi, Web3, NFT, and GameFi, along with the new Builder and Eco-Friendly tracks. A panel of judges chose five projects from each track based on their potential, and these projects were awarded 30% of their respective prize when the results were announced on May 15.
Top Five Project Winners
The Judge-Selected Top Five winners in each track were awarded a proportionate share of the total prize money. The five winners from each track are:
- The Builder track: Elk Finance, Galaxy Throne, JustMoney, TronNRG, and TronQL.
- The Eco-Friendly track: EcoMarket, MusiCoinCity, CarboEx, ForGreen, and BlockForest.
- The DeFi track: Ergon, Cloak, MyFend, Sorrel Banq, and Swirl Ads.
- The NFT track: BobbyBot.Trade, Samhita DAO, and SealKey.
- The GameFi track: Duelers, RevoluTRON, and Cukies: Rush & Run.
- The Web3 track: TrustSight, Daren Market, TronSave, ProvyLens, and Yinbox.
The Community Forum Top Fives
The TRON DAO Forum community also selected winners independently. Check out the winners of the community awards on the TRON DAO blog.
Furthermore, there were three bonus prizes. The community contribution prize of $1,000 USDD was awarded to ten winners on May 15, 2023. Winners of the project engagement and determination prizes were finalized on June 1, 2023.
